1.    Free exchanges, easy returns 

       Our commitment to an extraordinary shopping experience:

   A.  Even if you’re making and exchange or a return, we make it easy. A pre-paid Return Label is included with every order. Only the minimum return postage fee will be deducted from your return. Exchanges are totally free – by mail, by phone or in the store.

  B.  By Mail - FREE

      Exchange postage is always free! Fill out the exchange portion of the Return Label and drop your exchange in the mail. Your credit card will reflect the credit for your returned item(s). No worries, insurance is taken care of when using the provided label. Please download "Return Slip".

 C.  Easy Merchandise Returns

    Mail your item(s) using the pre-paid Return Label. We will simply deduct a flat fee of $5.00 from your order refund for return postage. Just leave your package in a secure place where you normallyreceive your mail or drop it off at any U.S. Mailbox or Post Office. No worries, insurance is taken care of when using provided label. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. If you choose to return the item in  your own packaging using another shipping method, please be sure to use the pre-paid  label, the $5.00 fee will not be deducted from the your return.

        We offer four shipping options: Standard, Two Business Day, Next Business day and Saturday delivery.

Standard Shipping - $5.95

The majority of our orders are shipping via Fed Ex. Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 5-8 business days after receipt of your order. 

Two Business Day- $9.59 

Next Business Day- $15.27 

Saturday Delivery- We’ll hold orders so they arrive on a Saturday. 

Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to send orders internationally.

 3. Backorders:

  The Pink Slip .com site provides customers with real-time inventory, which means that you can see the availability of any color/size combination on the products web page.  Back ordered items are also shown in the order confirmation email. If an item is backordered we will ship in-stock merchandise and ship backordered items as they become available. Backordered items from your order will be grouped and shipped together when it is reasonable to do so. You will only be charged for items when shipped. Backordered items will be shipped via ground service. In the event of multiple shipments you will not be charged more than your original shipping quote. You will be notified via email if one or more items are going to be delayed beyond the original target date. 

4.    Gift Wrapping/ Gift Invoices. 

Shopping at The Pink Slip .com is all about convenience so what better way to save even more time than by letting us gift wrap your items (of course free of charge) in our signature black box with pink satin ribbon. This is just our way of ensuring that your items are packaged just right for your special someone.  Just make sure to check the gift box during checkout so that we’ll know to make it extra special. 

5.    Payments and Security

 Shopping at the Pink Slip is not only convenient but it is safe. Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, considered the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. 

6. Payment Options: 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,Paypal and Discover online. You may also place your order by printing our order form and mailing it to us with a check or money order enclosed. Please be aware that orders placed with personal checks require an additional two weeks to process. For your security please do not send cash.
